5. Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages TechNest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
7. Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
